Delivery Process

  • All Online orders are processed by our sales team during business hours Mon - Fri
  • Goods are dispatched upon receipt of payment
  • Orders are normally dispatched within 7 days or earlier - depending on availability

Courier providers

  • Local Sydney Metropolitan area: we use Fastway Couriers or Australia Post depending on size and quantity of goods purchased.
  • Intrastate NSW: we use Fastway Couriers or Australia Post depending on size and quantiy of goods purchased.
  • Interstate (Australia wide): we use TNT
  • Overseas, offshore islands and distant mainland locations: these may involve additional charges. We shall advise on receipt of order and contact you accordingly.

Note: Olectric reserve the right to change the courier company in order to ensure the best price and service possible with regard to your delivered goods.

Note: Our couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes, and require a signature at point of delivery. If your nominated delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox to allow you to arrange for re-delivery. Our couriers will not leave goods unattended at the doorstep. We reserve the right to recover an "attempted delivery fee" by charging your credit card number.

Additional Freight Charges to be Quoted

  • Very heavy, bulky and/or awkward goods: These items are flagged on our website - please contact our office for a delivery quotation
  • Quantity orders: these may cost extra. If so, we shall advise.
